EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
This Exchange and Returns Policy aims to establish rules and guidelines so that the exchange or return of a product is carried out correctly and within the standard required by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

FUT IMPORTADOS offers products always focusing on quality. In addition, all items sold in our virtual store undergo a technical review at our Distribution Center before shipping.

 

REASONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You may return or exchange a product for the following reasons:

 

Dissatisfaction with the product
If you received a product and were not satisfied or it simply did not fit, it is possible to request an exchange within 7 (Seven) calendar days after delivery. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all as labels, items and accessories received. For cases of dissatisfaction with the product purchased, it is up to the customer to bear the cost of shipping related to sending the product for exchange, while the cost of sending it back to the customer is borne by FUT IMPORTADOS.

Heads up:It is not possible to exchange or cancel personalized items (with application of the name e number), due to the customization of the product. If your custom item is defective in product or customization, please contact our Support.

Incorrect order
If you received a product different from the one purchased on our website or without any accessory, please contact our Customer Service Center. This request must be made within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

To prove the error, we ask that the customer send a photo to the email contato futimportadosbrasil@gmail.com  along with the order number. We will analyze the photo and, once the error is proven, we will start the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer. In case of error in size, it is important to also photograph the label.

Defect in product received
If, after use, the product has some type of manufacturing defect, you will have 90 (ninety) calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return.

To prove the error, we ask that the customer send a photo to the email futimportadosbrasil@gmail.com  along with the order number. We will analyze the photo and, once the defect is proven, we will start the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer.

Purchase regret
According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Article 49 of Law No. 8,078), the customer may withdraw from the purchase whenever it takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home, within 7 (seven) calendar days. after receipt of the product.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for the exchange or return to be carried out, the product must meet the following requirements:

- no signs of use, stains, dirt or sweat;
- preserve the inner packaging and original labels applied to the part;
- respect the following deadlines: 7 (seven) calendar days in case of dissatisfaction, regret or errors in the order and 90 (ninety) calendar days in cases of factory defect, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

 

Products sent for exchange undergo analysis at the FUT IMPORTADOS Distribution Center, which has a period of up to 5 (five) business days for evaluation. If no irregularity is detected, the exchange is authorized. Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted and automatically sent to the address of origin without prior notice.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
To exchange a product, you must send it in its original packaging. 

 

SHIPPING EXPENSES
For cases of return due to dissatisfaction with the product purchased, it is up to the customer to bear the cost of shipping related to sending the product, while the cost of sending it back to the customer is borne by FUT IMPORTADOS.

For cases of error in the order, manufacturing defect in the product, exchanges or purchase regret, the shipping costs are fully assumed by FUT IMPORTADOS. After requesting the return in our Relationship Center, you will receive by email a postage code from Correios that will give you the right to post the product at any accredited agency at no cost.

In all cases, you must go to the nearest branch, as we do not work with the scheduled pick-up service. The product must be properly packed, according to the rules of the Post Office, and sent to the address da  FUT IMPORTADOS, which will be provided in the contact with the customer. 

METHODS OF REFUNDING VALUES

Check out the options available for refunds below:

Partial or full refund on card
Upon receipt of the product at our Distribution Center and approval of the return upon analysis of the items, FUT IMPORTADOS  sends the chargeback request to the credit card administrator within 5 (Five) business days ; this in turn has the deadline to process the request in accordance with the policy of each credit card company.

Exclusively for credit card payments, the partial or full refund procedure of the amount paid on your order will follow the rules of the card administrator, and it may take from one to Três  months for the amount to be returned. , depending on the due date of your invoice.

Refund to current/savings account
The return of amounts for purchases made through bank slip occurs through reimbursement in a checking or savings account of the same ownership of the person responsible for the order (identical CPF). Third party bank accounts will not be accepted.

The refund of the amount will only be processed after approval of the return through analysis of the items in our Distribution Center. The refund amount must appear in the account of the holder of the purchase within 10 (ten) business days after the correct submission of the bank details through our Relationship Center and will follow the rules of the bank receiving the credit. The information required for this procedure is: bank name, branch number, account number and type (current or savings).
