Fut Imported is an e-commerce; all products available atfutimportados.comare shipped directly from our distributors located in European and Asian countries such as Sweden, Thailand, Hong Kong and others.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free nationwide.
We use the Correios International Prime freight, with tracking code.

SHIPMENT DEADLINE

After confirming the purchase, if all the information is ok, we will ship the product within 5 working days and the tracking code will be sent by email so that the customer can track the order.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Correios website.

DEADLINE

Delivery time is 15 to 35 working days after the order is posted at the Post Office.

According to the rules of the Brazilian postal service delivery system, we do not rule out delays or deliveries made before the deadline.
Remembering that all deadlines are counted in working days; weekends and holidays are ignored; and after the purchase is shipped. You may receive more than one package; So, if you first receive one product and then the other, don't worry, because this is normal.

Missing Recipient or Incomplete Address:

We ask you to pay attention when filling out the registration so that the information is correct, because if the Post Office is unable to deliver (after 3 attempts) due to lack of address information or wrong data, the product will be returned to our supplier. A new fee will be charged to ship the product again, even in cases of shipping with free shipping. The same happens when there is no one to receive the parcel sent.

What would the MAXIMUM TERM Policy be?

The maximum term policy ensures and guarantees the refund of the amount paid in case of non-receipt of the product within 60 working days.

What if I receive my product after receiving a refund?

You assume full responsibility for returning the product even if it is delivered after receipt of the refund in the case of maximum term.

Do I pay extra to ship the product after receiving it?

FUT IMPORTADOS guarantees that no additional charge will be made for sending the products to our center in case of receipt after the maximum period. And it claims that it is the customer's responsibility to contact our team to return the products.

In case of exchanges, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

About the guarantee of Fut Imports
We guarantee delivery of your purchase on time (under the circumstances stated), we also offer a warranty on damaged, torn and defective products.

Will I pay any postage fees?
All products are posted with insurance against loss; delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed. If there is any collection of fees or taxes for dispatches, it will be the responsibility of Fut Imported.

Beware of Addressing
We ask that you pay attention when filling out the registration form, because if the Post Office is unable to deliver due to lack of address information or wrong data, the product will be returned to our supplier. The customer is not entitled to a refund (in case of personalized products), and it will be necessary to pay a new shipping amount of R$20.00 (even in the case of free shipping) to resend the purchase. The same happens when there is no one to receive the parcel sent.

Product not delivered
If there is a problem with the delivery of the purchase, and the customer does not receive it, the maximum period for requesting a reshipment or refund is 90 calendar days after the purchase, therefore the customer must pay attention to his tracking code sent by e-mail. email after purchase.
